This product consists of 2 * Key Fobs with unique code Extra FOBs are available on request The reader board runs from 12V to 15V DC (or 5V optional). On board memory allows storage of up to 20 key fobs. Key FOBs are added with the programming Disk. The memory can also be erased using the Disk. Typical Max Range = 2 to 3 inches (50mm to 75mm). An RS232 output option is also available. this allows the FOB to be read by a PC allowing storage of a greater number of KeyFobs onto the PC. rfid assembly Circuit Description. An amplifier converts the data from the rfid antenna to 5V logic (TTL). The data is then fed to a micro which compares the code to that stored on a eeprom on the PCB. If the codes match, then a FOB VALID Pin on the Micro goes high until the FOB is removed. The output can be used to drive a Motor, Door Lock, Solenoid or Relay.
